河池市2011年低档暗娼人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率调查分析

Investigation on AIDS knowledge awareness of low-class female sex workers in Hechi of 2011

目的了解低档暗娼人群(female sex workers,FSW)艾滋病基本知识的知晓情况,为后续宣传干预工作的改进提供依据。方法在既往干预的基础上,对低档暗娼人群进行问卷调查。结果本次调查全市回收问卷1 110份,调查人群艾滋病基本知识的知晓率为68.0%,不同年龄组知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.127,P=0.006),不同文化程度知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=88.888,P=0.000,OR=0.41),不同婚姻状况知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.022,P=0.005)。最近一年是否被诊断患有性病知晓率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.389,P=0.025),最近一年是否接受过安全套和艾滋病基本知识宣传知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=35.033,P=0.000)。通过logistic回归分析发现影响知晓率的主要因素为:文化程度、最近一年诊断患有性病、最近一年接受预防艾滋病干预服务。结论低档暗娼人群还有部分人未知晓艾滋病基本知识,后续工作中需要扩大干预的范围,提高干预的针对性和有效性。

Objective To study the AIDS knowledge awareness of low- class female sex workers, so as to provide basis for the improvement of following promote intervention work. Method Based on the previous intervention work, questionnaire survey was conducted for low - class female sex workers. Results A total of 1 110 questionnaires were collected, and the awareness rate was 68.0%. There was statistical differences among groups at different ages （χ^2 = 10. 127, P = 0. 006）, different levels of education background （χ^2 = 88. 888, P = 0. 000, OR = 0. 41 ）, and different marriages （χ^2 = 15.022, P = 0. 005 ） . The awareness rate of weather suffered from STD during the latest year was difference and the difference has statistical significance （χ^2 = 7. 389, P = 0. 025 ） . The awareness rate of groups whether diagnosed with venereal disease or not during the latest year was different statistically （χ^2 = 7. 389, P = 0. 025 ）, and so the awareness rate of groups whether to accept the basic knowledge about condoms and HIV/AIDS was （χ^2 = 35.033, P = 0. 000） . The factors related with awareness rate contained the level of education background, suffering from STD during the latest year and accepting HIV intervention during the latest year according to the logistic analysis of regression. Conclusions There were still some low - class femal sex workers that did not have basic knowledge of AIDS. In the reforming work we should promote the intervention and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of intervention.
