医学专业与非医学专业男生吸烟行为调查及分析

Investigation and analysis on smoking behavior among schoolboys of medical and non-medical schools

目的了解中等职业学校男生吸烟率与所学专业的关系以及学生对相关知识的知晓情况,为开展控烟工作提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查法对河北省南部某市4所中等职业学校医学专业和非医学专业876名男生进行调查。结果非医学专业男生吸烟率(22.3%)显著高于医学专业男生吸烟率(16.6%);在吸烟危害健康知识方面,医学专业学生的综合知晓率高于非医学专业学生。结论中职学校男生吸烟率较高,烟草危害知识的知晓能降低吸烟率,在中职学校中开展戒烟宣传十分必要。

Objective To study the relationship between smoking rate of secondary vocational school boys and specialized subjects, and their awareness of relevant knowledge, so as to provide a scientific basis for smoking control. Method A total of 876 schoolboys of medical and non -medical majors in four secondary vocational schools of southern Hebei were investigated by questionnaire method. Results The smoking rate （22. 3% ） of non - medical schoolboys was significantly higher than that of medical schoolboys （ 16. 6% ） . In terms of the relevant smoking knowledge, the comprehensive awareness rate of medical schoolboys was higher than that of non- medical schoolboys. Conclusions Smoking rate of schoolboys in secondary vocational schools is high, and the awareness of knowledge about tobacco dangers can reduces smoking rate, thus quit smoking propagan- da is very necessary in secondary vocational schools.
