上海市监狱系统艾滋病患者管理模式初探 被引量：4

摘要 探讨监狱系统对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者及获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immune defi-ciency syndrome,AIDS)服刑人员的管理模式,依法开展科学、规范地抗病毒治疗,降低AIDS发病率和病死率,并对HIV感染者提出应对策略,从而提高HIV感染者/AIDS患者的生存质量。体现了国家对HIV感染者/AIDS服刑人员的关怀,确保了监狱的安全与稳定。
