Study and comparison of food contact regulation framework of various countries

目前,主要发达国家已形成了较为系统和完善的食品接触材料法规管理体系。本文从法规历史发展、管理部门和管理方式几方面对中国和主要发达国家食品接触材料法规管理体系进行了系统介绍和比较分析,旨在全面、深入了解各国对食品接触材料的管理模式和走向,比较各自优缺点,分析其中可为我国在构建食品接触材料标准体系和制修订相关标准中所用的先进内容,为标准管理部门、国家监管部门以及相关行业、企业提供参考。

Food contact regulation framework has been established systematically in developed countries currently. His- tory development, competent authorities and management style on food contact regulation framework of China and main developed countries were introduced and compared. This study was to understand the management framework on food contact materials of various countries, compare their advantages and disadvantages and analyze the content which can be utilized in establishing the Chinese food contact regulatory system and revising relevant standards, while give references to regulatory management authority, supervision department, related industries and enterprises.
