摘要
目的明确该项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施运行情况及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或单元提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,并通过检查表分析法评价职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理体系,对工作场所存在的主要职业病危害因素进行检测与评价,对作业人员进行职业健康检查与评价。结果该项目在生产过程中产生和存在的职业病危害因素有:有毒化学物质、粉尘及物理因素,其中催化剂配制岗位苯(CSTEL3.85~42.53 mg/m3)、二氯乙烷(CSTEL<2.20~71.97 mg/m3)、氯化氢(CMC0.10~8.00 mg/m3)均超过职业接触限值要求。经对催化剂配制岗位防毒设施改造后检测,以上物质检测结果均符合职业接触限值的要求。职业健康检查未发现疑似职业病或职业病患者。结论该项目的职业病防护设施有效,管理制度得到落实,能有效保护劳动者健康。
Objective To identify occupational hazards in the project, analyze the degree of occupational hazards and the impact on the workers' health, evaluate the condition of protective facilities for occupational diseases, make recommendation on occupational diseases control measures that not meet the requirement of occupational hazards protection. Methods Occupational health site investigation was applied, protective facilities for occupational disease and occupational health management system were evaluated by checklist analysis, the major occupational hazards were tested in the workplace , occupational physical examination for the workers was evaluated. Results The major occupational hazards in the project included harmful chemical factors, physical factors and dust. The concentrations of benzene ( CSTEL 3. 85 - 42. 53 mg/m3 ), dichloroethane( CSTEL 〈 2. 2 -71. 97 mg/m3 ) and hydrogen chloride ( CMC0. 10 - 8.00 mg/m3 ) exceeded the occupational exposure limits in the catalyst preparation worksite. After transforming the antivirus facilities on catalyst preparation worksite, all risk factors met the occupational exposure limits. No suspected occupational or occupational diseases were found through occupational health examination. Conclusion Protective facilities for occupational disease are effective, management system has been implemented which can protect the workers' health effectively.
