摘要
THE leadership transition in China, which began in November 2012 at the 18th Na- tional Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, was completed at the end of the annual session of China＇s legislature in March 2013. The country＇s new leaders have made their debut and new local leaders have also taken up their places.
