高流速可控性氧疗与恒温加热湿化法在气管切开非机械通气患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨高流速可控性氧疗与恒温加热湿化法在气管切开非机械通气患者中的应用。方法选择2011年5月~2012年6月来本院治疗的气管切开非机械通气患者48例,将所选患者随机分成A、B两组,每组24例,A组患者接受湿纱布覆盖法治疗,B组患者接受高流速可控性氧疗与恒温加热湿化法治疗,两组湿化液全部采用灭菌注射用水。观察两组患者的气道湿化效果、刺激性咳嗽以及管道痰痂形成情况等。结果两组患者的气道湿化效果、刺激性咳嗽以及管道痰痂形成比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中B组患者未形成管道痰痂。结论高流速可控性氧疗与恒温加热湿化法可以起到提高气管切开非机械通气患者气道湿化效果的作用。 Objective To explore application of high velocity oxygen therapy and constant temperature control heating humidifying method in tracheotomy patients with no mechanical ventilation. Method Forty-eight tracheotomy patients with no mechanical ventilation from May 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 24 eases in each group, patients in group A received wet gauze covering treatment, patients in group B received high velocity controlled oxygen therapy and the constant temperature heating humidifying treatment, humidification fluid of two groups were all sterile water for injection. Airway humidification effect, irritating cough and pipeline sputum scab formation of two groups were all observed. Results Airway humidification, irritating cough and pipeline sputum scab formation of two groups compared, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); patients in group B did not form pipeline sputum scab. Conclusion The high velocity oxygen therapy and constant temperature control heating humidifying can improve the airway humidification effect of tracheotomy patients without mechanical ventilation.
