摘要
目的对黄芫花进行显微鉴别研究。方法利用数码显微技术对黄芫花进行显微鉴别研究。结果花被下表皮细胞类方形,密布单细胞线状毛,上表皮细胞呈乳突状。花药外表皮细胞多边形,内壁细胞表面观类圆形。花粉粒类球形,有纹理,萌发孔不显著。雌蕊子房中上部密布单细胞线状毛。药材粉末棕色或棕绿色。被毛的花被碎片、花粉囊碎片易见,单细胞线状毛大多断裂,花粉粒类球形,导管和管胞存在于各种碎片中。结论本研究为该药材的鉴别以及山西省地方标准的研究编制工作提供依据。
Objective To research on the microscopic identification of Lowdaphne stringbush flower and leaf. Methods The digital microtechnique was utilized to identify Lowdaphne stringbush flower and leaf. Results Lower epidermis cells of the perianth were square-like with thick unicellular filamentous hair; upper epidermis cells were papillary. Exocuticle cells of the anther are polygonal; the superficial of intine cell was round-like. Pollen grain was spherical with vein on it; germination aperture was not obvious. Unicellular filamentous hair spreads thickly at the upper part of ovary of pistil. The herb powder was brown or brown-green. Fragments of hairy perianth and clinandrium could be spotted easily. Most of the unicellular filamentous hair was broken. Pollen grain was spherical. Vessel and tracheid could be viewed in all kinds of fragments. Conclusion The bases have been provided for the identification of this herb and the edit of Shanxi Provincial standards on Chinese materia medica.
