克霉唑局部应用联合氟康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的效果观察

The effect observation of Clotrimazole topical application combined with Fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent candida vaginitis

目的探讨克霉唑局部应用联合氟康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的效果。方法 90例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例。对照组单用氟康唑治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用克霉唑治疗。结果治疗组总有效率(97.8%)明显高于对照组(82.2%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组阴道瘙痒症状积分均明显下降,但是治疗组的下降程度明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑局部应用联合氟康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎能明显提高治疗效果,改善临床瘙痒症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Clotrimazole topical application combined with Fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent candida vaginitis. Methods Ninety cases of patients with recurrent candida vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Fluconazole treatment, the treatment group were plus Clotrimazole treatment on the basis of control group. Results The efficiency of treatment group （97.8%） was significantly higher than that in control group （82.2%） （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, two groups＂ vaginal itching symptom score were significantly decline, but the extent of decline in the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clotrimazole topical application combined with Fluconazole for treating recurrent candida vaginitis can in- crease the effect and improve the clinical symptoms of itching, and should he widely applied.
