多西环素联合液氮擦冻治疗酒渣鼻疗效观察

Curative effect observation on doxycycline united liquid nitrogen rub frozen in the treatment of rosacea

目的观察研究多西环素联合液氮擦冻治疗酒渣鼻的疗效,探讨酒渣鼻治疗的新途径。方法将152例患者随机分为两组:治疗组78例,对照组74例。治疗组口服多西环素胶囊联合液氮涂擦;对照组口服甲硝唑片,同时外涂维生素B6软膏。利用照片或记录对照患者治疗前后皮损改善情况,对两组有效率进行比较。结果治疗1周后治疗组与对照组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗2周后有效率比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该联合疗法可有效消除酒渣鼻的症状,适合各型酒渣鼻。观察结果显示安全可靠、疗效显著。

Objective To observe and study the curative effect of doxycycline combined liquid nitrogen rub frozen in the treatment of rosacea, probe into a new way to treat. Methods One hundred and fifty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups： 78 cases in treatment group, 74 cases in control group. The treatment group was treated with oral doxycycline capsule combined with liquid nitrogen freezing; the control group was treated with oral metronidazole tablets, and coated with vitamin B6 ointment. Draw pictures or recording control patients before and after treatment of lesions improved, the efficient of the two groups was compared. Results After 1 weeks treatment, the difference of effi- ciency between treatment group and control group was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）, after 2 weeks the difference of the treatment efficiency was was highly statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The combination therapy can effectively eliminate the symptoms of rosacea, suitable for all types of rosacea. The observation results show safety and with obvious curative effect.
