CEA检测对NSCLC诊断的效果分析

The effect analysis of CEA in diagnosis of NSCLC

目的探讨CEA检测对NSCLC诊断的效果。方法选择2010年12月～2012年10月本院收治的手术切除并经病理证实为非小细胞肺癌患者60例作为观察组,选择同期呼吸内科门诊体检健康者60例作为健康组,两组均进行CEA检测。结果肺癌组的CEA含量明显高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CEA在肺癌组中的阳性表达率为51.7%,明显高于在健康组中的表达(1.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌中CEA表达量升高,阳性率也比较高,为此CEA检测在非小细胞肺癌诊断中有很好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of of CEA in diagnosis of NSCLC. Methods Selected 60 cases of non- small cell lung cancer with surgery and confirmed by pathology in our hospital from December 2010 to October 2012 as the observation group, selected 60 healthy cases as the health group, the CEA levels were detected in both groups. Results CEA levels of the lung cancer group was significantly higher than the healthy group, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈0.05）. CEA positive expression in the lung cancer group was 51.7%, significantly higher than the expression in the healthy group （1.7%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The amount of CEA expression is increased the in non-small cell lung cancer, the positive rate is relatively high, for CEA in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer has good clinical effect.
