胃溃疡合并大出血的护理干预及疗效分析

目的探讨胃溃疡合并大出血的护理干预及临床疗效。方法将2011年3月～2013年3月本院诊治的48例胃溃疡合并大出血患者,随机将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预),每组各24例,对两组溃疡愈合情况、止血效果以及住院时间,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组溃疡愈合和止血总有效率均明显升高,住院时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于胃溃疡合并大出血患者,有效的护理干预能够提高临床疗效,缩短住院时间,改善患者的预后质量。

Objective To study the nursing intervention and clinical efficacy of gastric ulcer with bleeding. Methods The 48 patients with gastric ulcer with bleeding in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into the control group （routine nursing） and the observation group （nursing intervention）, 24 cases in each group. The ulcer healing, hemostasis and hospitalization time in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of ulcer healing and hemostasis were significantly increased, the hospitalization time was obviously reduced with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with gastric ulcer with bleeding, the effective nursing intervention can increase the clinical efficacy, reduce the hospitalization time, and improve the quality of patients＇ prognosis.
