地氯雷他定与依匹斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis of Desloratadine treatment and Epinastine treatment of chronic urticaria

目的分析地氯雷他定与依匹斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的成本与效果。方法采用己有的文献资料,利用成本-效果分析方法对地氯雷他定与依匹斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果进行评价。结果地氯雷他定与依匹斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效率分别为77.6%和83.0%,成本分别为32.2元和142.8元,成本效果比分别为0.41和1.72。选用地氯雷他定方案时,每增加1单位的效果比依匹斯汀方案少花20.6元。结论地氯雷他定与依匹斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效、不良反应发生率均无显著性差异。地氯雷他的经济学价值高于依匹斯汀。

Objective To analyze the cost and effectiveness of Desloratadine treatment and Epinastine treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods Clinical data were retrospectively used with the method of cost-effectiveness analysis to evaluate the Desloratadine treatment and Epinastine treatment of chronic urticaria. Results Desloratadine treatment and Epinastine treatment of chronic urticaria had an efficiency of 77.6% and 83.0% respectively with the cost of 32.2 yuan and 142.8 yuan. The cost-effectiveness ratio was 0.41 and 1.72 respectively. When Desloratadine treatment was chosen, its＇ per unit of effectiveness cost a lower 20.5 yuan than that of Epinastine treatment. Conclusion Desloratadine treatment and Epinastine treatment of chronic urticaria don＇t have statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy or adverse effects. Desloratadine treatment has a higher economic value than Epinastine treatment.
