摘要
目的探讨临床护理人力动态调配方法。方法根据某三级综合医院历史资料,通过查阅近10年相关文献,运用改良特尔菲法建立护理人力风险评估模型,针对不同风险等级实施层级递进的动态调配。结果实施2年多来,护理人员对人力配置满意度、护理服务医生满意度、护理服务患者满意度逐年提升,护理不良事件发生情况逐年减少。结论利用现有护理人力资源实施合理的层级递进动态调配,不但可以缓解临床护理人力相对不足,有效保证护理安全,而且大大地提高了护理管理效率。
Objective To explore the dynamic allocation method of clinical nursing resources. Methods To implement stepwise progress dynamic allocation according to different risk level, modified Delphi method was used to establish the risk assessment model of nursing staff based on the historical data from a tertiary general hospitals and the latest 10 years' related literature. Results After 2 years' implementation, the nursing staff allocation satisfaction, the nursing service doctor satisfaction and patient satisfaction had increased year by year, the nursing adverse events had decreased year by year. Conclusion The use of existing nursing resources to implement reasonable stepwise progress dynamic allocation can not only relieve the relative shortage of clinical nursing resources so as to guarantee the nursing safety, but also bring greatly improved to the efficiency of nursing management.
