摘要
门诊药房的工作重点从简单的收方发药转向为患者提供全方位的药学服务,本文总结本院门诊开展的药学服务,如做好发药交代、发放正确使用药品的宣传卡片、点评处方、制定药品使用制度、统计数据、编写药讯、开展窗口用药咨询、收集药品不良反应等,得到了医师和患者的认可,但仍存在不足。针对不足,本文提供了相应的改进措施,旨在探索一条适合基层医院门诊药学服务的方法。
Outpatient pharmacy work focus from simple receiver and medicine to provide full-scale pharmaceutical care for patients, this paper summarizes the pharmaceutical service in our clinic: good medicine metasomatism; issuing the correct use of drug promotion card; comments prescription; make drug use system; statistical data; preparation of medicine information; to carry out the window of medication consultation; collection of adverse drug reaction, and so on, those are preferred by doctors and patients, but there is insufficient, aiming at the problems, the paper make corresponding improvement measures, aimed at exploring a suitable for primary hospital outpatient pharmacy service mehod.
