摘要
目的了解本院抗菌药物分级管理的实施和效果。方法从医院的信息系统抗菌药物分级管理子系统中,采集干预前和干预后两组出院的患者对抗菌药物的使用信息,并对他们进行比较和分析。结果干预后相对于干预前来说,抗菌药物的使用率、人均抗菌药物的费用、人均抗菌药物使用的频率,限制使用和特殊抗菌药物使用的比例减少的比较显著。结论实施分级管理,对于抗菌药物的使用有明显的改善,但是仍然要加大管理的力度。
Objective To investigate the classification management and its effect of the antibacterial drugs in our hos- pital. Methods The drug use information of two group discharged patients before and after intervention from our hospital＇s antimicrobial drugs classification management subsystem of information system was collected, compared and analyzed. Results Compared to the results before the intervention, the antibacterial drug use rates, per capita costs of antimicrobial agents, the use frequency of antimicrobial drug, the reducing proportion of restrictions and special antibacterial use in after the intervention were significantly lower. Conclusion Classification management can significantly improve the use of antimicrobial drugs, but we still need to strengthen the management.
