摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉PCI术后急性亚急性血栓形成情况。方法选取本院2008年1月～2012年12月11例冠状动脉PCI术后急性亚急性血栓形成患者,对其进行临床症状分析,并根据患者症状表现给予相对治疗,观察其效果。结果 11例患者通过治疗,有8例患者痊愈出院,2例患者出现好转后出院,1例救治失败死亡。结论冠状动脉PCI术后进行及时的预防措施,能够避免形成急性亚急性血栓,如出现血栓症状,需根据其情况及时进行治疗,减少病死率,促进患者痊愈。
Objective To investigate the acute subacute thrombosis after coronary artery PCI. Methods Eleven cases of patients with acute subacute thrombosis formation after coronary artery PCI our hospital in January 2008 to December 2012 were selected, the clinical symptoms were analyzed, and patients were given relative treatment according to the patient＇s symptoms, and the effects were observed. Results After treatment in 11 patients, 8 cases were discharged, and 2 cases with symptoms improvement discharged too, and 1 case was dead after failure treatment. Conclusion Timely preventive measures after coronary artery PCI can avoid the formation of acute subacute thrombosis, if thrombosis symptoms appears, we need to treat timely in accordance with their circumstances, to reduce mortality and promote patient recovery.
