摘要
以北京地铁9号线盾构工程为背景,分别选取辐条式和面板式两种刀盘,在大粒径卵砾石地层开展土压平衡盾构现场掘进试验;利用"北京地铁安全风险管理体系"及"盾构施工实时信息管理系统",收集盾构关键施工参数,并将其实时传输至室内实验室;通过分析试验收集的数据,得出土压平衡盾构关键施工参数之间的相关性特征。研究结果对指导盾构隧道施工及反馈设计具有重要理论与实际意义,也为类似研究提供参考。
With the shield tunneling of Beijing metro Line 9 as the background, in-situ test excavation was carried out for EPB TBM traversing large particle gravel stratum. From the tests, key parameters were collected and transmitted to the indoor laboratory by Real-time Information Management System of EPB TBM. Based on a series of analysis, correlation characteristics of key parameters were obtained. These results are of theoretical and practical importance for EPB TBM tunnel projects and EPB TBM tunnel back-analysis design and can be referred to by similar studies.
