NbSe2固相合成中的微量氧对形貌的诱导

Influence of Oxides on Morphology of Solid-Phase Synthesized NbSe_2

摘要 通过对固相合成NbSe2过程中特殊形貌的产生,尝试提出"微量氧诱导机制"。在混合均匀的硒粉铌粉分别占固相反应釜不同的有效体积,经过700℃,1 h反应后发现分别形成不同的特性形貌,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能量散射谱分别分析了样品中的相成分、微观形貌和元素成份;提出微量氧气在NbSe2合成过程存在诱导机制。 The NbSe2 was prepared by solid phase synthesis. The impacts of the synthesis conditions, such as the pressure, sintering temperature and time, ratio of Se and Nb powders, and oxygen contamination, on morphology of the Nb- Se2 were evaluated. The micmstmctures of NbSe2 were characterized with X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spec- troscopy,and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the hexagonal phased flakes dominated in the NbSe2 powder. Interesting finding is that quite a few nano-reds of Nb oxide sit on top of the elongated hexagonal NbSE2 nano- flakes. We suggest that the oxidation of a small amount of Nb and Se may possibly induce elongation of the hexagonal Nb- Se2 flakes.
