摘要
我国配电网一贯采用的中性点不接地方式或经消弧线圈接地方式,难以满足配电自动化发展要求。从过电压、熄弧能力、接地保护、安全经济等方面对各种接地方式进行综合比较分析,并结合国内外发展趋势,建议根据配电网具体情况选择小电阻接地方式、高阻接地方式及自动调谐消弧线圈并联电阻接地方式。
Traditional neutral grounding methods in MV netw orks are difficult to satisfy the requirement of distribution system automation. The improvement of neutral grounding methods is discussed from over voltage,arc self extinguishes,grounding fault protection,safety and quality in this paper. In last construction urban MV networks,lower resistance grounding can be used in the condition of satisfying safety and quality.In small MV networks,it is suita ble for high resistance grounding to be used.And in large MV networks,it is suit able for a petersen coil parallel resistance grounding to be used.It is suggest ed to use high sensitive grounding fault protection,so that instantaneous fault can be self extinguished,and permanent fault can be broken automatically.
