凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片联合三联方根除幽门螺杆菌的临床研究

The clinical trial on the eradication of Helicobacter pylori using Bacillus coagulans tablets and triple therapy

目的观察和评价凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片(商品名:爽舒宝)联合三联方根除幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.py-lori)的疗效。方法将90例H.pylori感染患者随机分为治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和对照组,每组30例。治疗Ⅰ组:常规三联方根除治疗1周的同时,口服凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片(商品名:爽舒宝),根除治疗结束后,继续服用爽舒宝1周。治疗Ⅱ组:常规根除治疗1周的同时,口服爽舒宝,根除治疗结束,继续服用爽舒宝3周。对照组:常规根除治疗1周,不用任何微生态制剂。观察记录三联方根除治疗期间和治疗结束后4周内发生的任何不良反应。结果治疗Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组H.pylori检测值均显著低于对照组,H.pylori根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗Ⅱ组H.pylori检测值低于治疗Ⅰ组,H.pylori根除率高于治疗Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三联方根除治疗中,治疗Ⅱ组和治疗Ⅰ组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗Ⅱ组和治疗Ⅰ组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三联方根除治疗结束后4周内,治疗Ⅱ组不良反应发生率最低,其次是治疗Ⅰ组,对照组不良反应发生率最高,三组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论爽舒宝联合三联方根除H.pylori,能够提高H.pylori根除率,减少治疗过程中不良反应的发生。根除治疗结束后再服用3周的益生菌,能彻底恢复肠道菌群平衡,减少三联方根除治疗结束后不良反应的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of Bacillus coagulans tablets combined with triple therapy to eradicate Helicobacter pylori.Methods 90 Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection patients were randomly divided into three groups.Treatment group I was given triple therapy and Bacillus coagulans tablets for one week,then continued to take Bacillus coagulans tablets for one week.Treatment group II accepted the same treatment and then continued to take Bacillus coagulans tablets for three weeks.Control group accepted one week′s triple therapy only.Any adverse reactions were observed during the triple therapy and 4 weeks after the therapy.Results The eradication rates of H.pylori of treatment group I and treatment group II were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of H.pylori of treatment group II was higher than that of treatment group I(P<0.05).The rates of adverse effects of treatment group I and treatment group II were less than that of control group(P<0.05).Four weeks after treatment,the rate of adverse effects of treatment group II was the lowest,while that of control group was the highest,with statistically significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Bacillus coagulans tablets can be used with triple therapy together to enhance the eradication rate of H.pylori and decrease the rate of adverse effects during treatment.Bacillus coagulans tablets administration for three weeks following the triple therapy can help restore the intestinal flora balance and reduce posttreatment adverse effects.
