鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性及金属酶基因型的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨本地区鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性及耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌(IRAB)金属酶基因型的分布情况,为临床使用抗生素提供帮助。方法回顾性分析1 614株鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况,PCR检测金属酶基因型。结果 (1)1 614株IRAB的检出率为63.82%(1030/1614),以重症监护室检出率最高占46.22%(746/1614)。(2)抗菌药物的耐药率:其中米诺环素(28.51%)和多粘菌素B(6.10%)的耐药率最低,其他药物的耐药率均>40.0%。(3)IRAB产金属酶基因型的以OXA-23为主。结论监测鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率,有助于有效控制鲍曼不动杆菌引起的医院内感染。 Objective To discuss the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii and the distribution of metallo-β-lactamases(MBLs) genotypes of imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(IRAB) and provide evidences for the clinical treatment of the bacterial infection.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 1,614 clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital in regard to the drug resistance.MBL genes were detected by PCR.Results(1) The detection rate of IRAB was 63.82%(1031/1614).The pathogen usually distributed in intensive care unit(ICU),with the highest detection rate of 46.22%(746/1614).(2) Resistance rates to 15 antibacterial drugs: the resistance rates to minocycline(28.51%) and polymyxi minocyclinen B(6.1%) were the lowest,while the rates to the others were higher than 40.0%.(3) OXA-23 type was predominant in the genotypes of MBL.Conclusion To monitor the drug resistance of A.baumannii is very important for the control of the nosocomial infection caused by the pathogen.
