摘要
分析某电厂 1 台 1 021 t/h 锅炉水冷壁管产生横向裂纹泄漏的原因,主要是水质不合格导致炉管内壁严重结垢并引起传热恶化及垢下腐蚀,其次是炉膛火焰中心偏移.通过采取调平燃烧器倾角、更换失效管段、锅炉酸洗及凝汽器铜管涡流探伤检漏等技术措施,提高了锅炉设备的安全可靠性.
The causes for the transversal cracking leakage on the water wall tubes of 1 021 t/h boiler in a power plant were analyzed. The main causes lay in that, firstly, the serious scaling on the inner wall of boiler tubes due to the water quality not up to standard resulted in the worsening of heat transfer and corrosion underneath scale; secondly, the flame center in the furnace was offset. The technical measures adopted were as follows: to level tilting angle of burners, replace failed tube sections, carry out acid washing of boiler and cracking leakage detection using eddy current method etc. Since these measures were fulfilled, the safety and reliability of boiler equipment have been improved.
