用数学回归法分析送变电工程造价上涨规律,据此对三峡电力送出工程的动态投资进行科学预测.通过对目前我国电网项目实际运行状况的调查,合理确定了三峡送出工程运行成本水平.根据近期电网建设项目投资收益率水平,对三峡电力送出工程进行投入产出分析,通过财务评价测算了三峡电力送出的输电价格,并对基建投资、运行成本等一些可变因素进行了敏感性分析.

Analyse how the cost of power transmission and transformation projects rise, through the method of mathematical regression． The total investment of the Three Gorges projects is forecasted scientifically based on the above． With the operation status investigated in China, the operation cost of the project is determined reasonably． It has done the cost benefit analyses according to the IRR(internal rate of return)level controlled by the state government． And the power transmission price is calculated through financial evaluation．
