摘要 结合纯净水质量综合评价问题的特点,提出一个基于主客观组合赋权法和TOPSIS法的评价模型。首先通过构造模糊一致性矩阵得到主观权重;再通过构造决策表,计算属性重要度得到客观权重;最后使用TOPSIS方法对所有样本进行排序。运用组合权重法确定指标权重,更准确地反映了各评价指标的重要程度。实例应用结果表明,该模型可以有效地解决多目标多属性的评价问题,不仅提高了纯净水质量评价的可靠性,也为综合评价体系提供了一种新的有价值的参考。 Combining the characteristics of the problem of pure water's quality evaluation, an evaluation model, based on combination weighting and TOPSIS methods is proposed. Firstly, the subjective weight is obtained by establishing fuzzy consistent matrix- Sec ondly, the objective weight is obtained by computing attribute importance degree after structuring a decision table. Finally,TOPSIS method is used to sort the pure water samples. The combination weighting method used to determine index weight reflect more accu- rately the importance of each index. The application results show that this method can effectively solve the evaluation problem of multi-attribute decision-making, improve the reliability of the evaluation of purified water, provide a new valuable reference for comprehensive evaluation systems.
