摘要
以淮河流域为研究对象,基于水环境承载力理论的内涵,设计并构建了淮河流域水环境承载力评价指标体系,应用变量模法对淮河流域的水环境承载力水平进行了评价,并分析了不同年份淮河流域水环境承载力评价值的变化趋势。结果表明,1999-2010年淮河流域的水环境承载力呈不断增长的趋势,其承载力水平值处在0.01~0.06之间,水环境承载力水平较低。研究成果为淮河流域各地区科学制定措施,以提高水环境承载力,实现可持续发展战略提供了科学的理论依据和技术支持。
Based on the theory of water environmental carrying capacity, through the establishment of evaluation index system of water environmental carrying capacity and the application of vector norm method, the water environmental capacity level is evaluated in Huaihe River Basin and the change trend of water environmental carrying capacity index is analyzed. The results i^dicate that water environment carrying capacity in Huaihe River Basin had a tendency of increase between 1999 and 2010, its water environment carry- ing capacity varied from 0. 01 to 0. 06, but the water environmental carrying capacity was low. Research results can provide scientific theoretic and technical support for regions of Huaihe River Basin to work out scientific measures to improve water environment bearing capacity so as to realize sustainable development strategy
