摘要
三江平原地区现行的灌溉模式主要是以井渠灌溉为主,但仍存在地下水过度开采问题,而过境地表水却没有得到充分利用。本文针对三江平原现行灌溉模式存在的问题,提出运用引水灌溉来提高地表水利用率,并提出水资源优化配置模型。以期为三江平原灌区的水资源优化调配和生产实践提供参考。
The current mode of irrigation in Sanjiang Plains is the main well irrigation, but there are still groundwater overexploitation problems, while the transit surface water is not fully utilized. This paper is targeted at current existing problems of irrigation mode in Saniiang Plains. It is pointed out that surface irrigation water utilization rate should be improved, and this paper puts forward the optimal allocation of water resources model. Sanjiang Plains irrigation area water resources optimal distribution and production practice serve as a reference.
