新海发电有限公司670t/h锅炉空气预热器改造

摘要 针对上海锅炉厂生产的 27VI(T)1 625 三分仓容克式空气预热器因设计不合理、三向密封片及静密封局部磨损严重、部分密封片已失去弹性、漏风率最大达 20% 等问题,豪顿华工程有限公司对其密封系统作了改造,主要内容:一是把原空气预热器的密封改造成豪顿的固定密封挡板系统;二是更换所有径向、轴向密封条及内外圆周密封条,并固定所有密封挡板,即冷、热端扇形板及轴向板全部固定.改造后经测试,其漏风率降为 8% 左右,经过 1.5 a 运行,漏风率一直保持在 10% 以内,节能效果显著. Irrational design,serious partial abrasion of three dimensional sealing sheets and stationary seals,part of sealing sheets having lost their elasticity,high air leakage ratio(20%)etc.Problems existed in the 27VI(T) 1625 Ljungstrom tri sector regenerative air preheater made by Shanghai Boilers Works.For this reason,Haodunhua Engineering Co.Ltd retrofitted the sealing system.The main contents of retrofit include:a.The original sealing of air preheater were retrofitted to fixed sealing baffle system of Haodun;b.All the radial,axial sealing strips and inner,outer peripheral sealing strips were replaced,and all the sealing baffles were fixed.The measurements and testings after retrofit showed that,air leakage ratio was reduced to about 8%,and kept within 10% through 1.5 year of operation.The energy saving effect is remarkable.
