摘要
目的研究城市回用水灌溉蔬菜的亚慢性毒性。方法依据国家标准中食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法的要求,采用SPF级Wistar大鼠90 d喂养试验对城市回用水灌溉黄瓜和圆白菜的亚慢性毒性进行检测。结果喂饲期间各组大鼠生长良好,各剂量组大鼠的总增重、总进食量和总食物利用率未见异常改变。实验末期各项血液学指标、血生化指标、尿液指标均在本实验室正常值范围内。各剂量组各种脏器的重量及其脏/体比值与空白、自身井水对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未见有意义的病理改变。结论城市回用水灌溉黄瓜与圆白菜均未见具有亚慢性毒性。
Objective To explorer the subehronic toxicity of vegetables irrigated with municipal reclaimed water to rats. Methods Vegetables which irrigated with municipal reclaimed water (cucumber and cabbage) were set as the subject, 90 days feeding test was conducted in Wistar rats according to the Toxicological Evaluation of Food Safety Procedures and Methods. Results Rats in all groups grown well. The rats fed with vegetables irrigated with municipal reclaimed water showed no significant difference in indexes of total body weight gain,food intake,food consumption, hematology, bioehemistry, urine indicators and index of internal organs compared with the controls,and no significant pathological changes were seen. Conclusion The vegetables irrigated with municipal reclaimed water did not showed subehronie toxicity in rats.
