邻苯二甲酸酯致雌性生殖系统毒性及其机制的研究进展 被引量:11

Advances on toxicity of phthalate esters on female reproductive system and its mechanism

摘要 邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs)作为塑化剂广泛用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料产品中,在环境中普遍存在,现已被确定为环境内分泌干扰物,主要通过食物、水、皮肤等途径进入机体。流行病学调查显示,邻苯二甲酸酯暴露与女性生殖系统损伤有关。邻苯二甲酸酯可干扰雌性啮齿类动物的排卵和卵巢颗粒细胞激素的分泌,并且可影响受精卵的着床及生长发育。该文综述了邻苯二甲酸酯类对雌性卵巢颗粒细胞、卵泡和子宫的影响及其可能的作用机制,并对目前存在的问题和未来研究的方向进行了展望。 Phthalate esters are ubiquitous environmental contaminants used as plasticizers in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics. They have been recognized as the environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals. In the general population the major source of human exposure is through ingestion of food and water or absorbed through the skin. The epidemiological evidences suggest the relation between women-exposure and the potential health hazards of phthalate esters. Animal studies showed that phthalate esters could interfere with the female rodents ovulation and ovarian granular cells steroidogenesis. It also could affect the fertilized ovum implantation and embryo development. This paper presented an overview on the effects of phthalate esters on female granulose cell, ovarian follicles and uterus and the potential mechanisms, and the existing problems and the future research directions were discussed also.
