南京市医疗责任保险实证研究

An empirical study of medical liability insurance in Nanjing

我国医疗责任保险起步较晚，在实施过程中仍然面临诸多问题。现以南京市医疗责任保险为例进行实证研究，分析了2008年至2012年南京市医疗责任保险投保、承保及保费情况以及保险方案、理赔情况，指出南京市医疗责任保险所存在的问题，在借鉴域外医疗责任保险经验的基础上，对我国医疗责任保险的发展方向提出构想。

Medical liability insurance is a latecomer in China, and faced with many challenges ever since. This paper picked medical liability insurance in Nanjing as an empirical study example, as the author analyzed the insurance,underwriting and premiums of medical liability insurance,as well as the insurance programs and claim settlements from 2008 to 2012. In addition to noting problems found in medical liability insurance in Nanjing, the author proposed the roadmap for Chinar s medical liability insurance, with reference to experiences of overseas medical liability insurance industry.
