摘要
纺织生产特别是染整加工对环境产生的污染是现代纺织亟待解决的问题。文章研究了兔毛角蛋白粉末对染色废水上的脱色性能。采用蛋白酶减量和金属盐(ZnCl)溶胀处理相结合的方法提取角蛋白,并将其制成粉末对其进行电镜观察和红外分析,发现其微观形态呈无规则颗粒状。同时探讨并分析了pH值和角蛋白粉末用量2个因素对兔毛角蛋白粉末脱色性能的影响,得出最佳脱色工艺。在优化的条件下,发现角蛋白粉末对染液有很好的脱色作用。
The pollution caused by textile production especially by textile dyeing and finishing had been troubled mordern textile manufacture for a long time and need to be solved urgently. Keratin powder of rabbit hair was used to treat anionic dye solution in the paper. The efficiency of keratin powder preparation of rabbit hair was increased by the combination treatment of protease hydrolysis and metal salt ( ZnC12 ) swell to rabbit hair, drying it up as powder, then analysis its characteristics by electron microscopy and infrared, found its microscopic morphology was irregular granular. At the same time, the optimal decolorized condition was obtained by studying the influence of the factors including pH value and the dosage of keratin powder on the decolorization efficiency, and the results showed that dye in the solution was effectively removed.
