摘要
受现有设备和技术的限制,采用毛纺工艺路线纺制长度较短的牦牛绒纤维精梳制条存在困难,为了解决这一问题,选取分梳点配置、锡林针布、道夫针布和出条定量作为因素,对每个因素选取3个水平,采用正交试验法对B272A型梳毛机进行改造,以纺制的牦牛绒精梳条的长度损失为测试指标,获得了最佳改造工艺:分梳点配置:分梳单元包括开松辊1个,胸锡林2个,大锡林4个,未采用莫雷尔除草装置,锡林针布型号BD3812×01890,齿密63齿/cm2;道夫针布型号BD4035×02080,齿密:62齿/cm2;出条定量8 g/m。试验发现,改造后的B272A梳毛机纺制的牦牛绒纤维条质量较好,纤维长度损失较低,符合梳毛机的梳理成条要求,为牦牛绒机织纱的开发提供了基础。
Due to the restrictions of the current equipments and technologies, it is difficult to obtain combed tops produced with yak down wool fibers by wool spinning. To solve this problem, carding points collocation, cylinder wire cloth, doffer wire cloth and top production are selected as the four factors and 3 levels for each factor are chosen. Orthogonal test is introduced to solve process optimization about B272A carding machine reformation. Length loss of combed tops of yak down fibers is regarded as a testing index. The possible and the best combinations of factors and levels are as follows: carding points collocation(1 lossening roller , 2 breast cylinders, 4 big cylinders, and having no Moiler vegetable impurity removal) , cylinder wire cloth (BD3812 × 01890 and the density of carding tooth is 62 teeth/ cm2), doffer wire cloth (BD4035 × 02080 and the density of carding tooth is 63 teeth/cm2), top production is 8 g/re. The quality of yak down tops produced by the reformed machine is better than the original machine and the length loss is very low. These are accorded with combing requirements, which provide a basis of developing woven yams produced with yak down fibers.
