肿瘤科护士同情心疲乏现状及影响因素

The current status of compassion factors in oncology nurses and influencing factors

目的探讨肿瘤科护士同情心疲乏水平及其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表、医护人员同情心疲乏量表、明尼苏达满意度量表(MSQ)等,对381名肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士同情心疲乏条目均分(2.83±0.20)分,其中,感情淡漠得分最高,能力怀疑得分最低。多元回归分析显示,护龄、内在满意度、外在满意度是同情心疲乏的主要影响因素,共解释35.4%的变异量。结论提高护士工作满意度可以缓解同情心疲乏,改善护士的心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of compassion fatigue in oncology nurses. Methods A total of 381 oneology nurses were recruited and investigated with a self designed,Compassion fatigue scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire （MSQ）. Results The mean score of compassion fatigue was 2.83±0.20. Multiple regression analysis showed that nurse＇s working years,the internal satisfaction and external satisfaction were influencing factors of compassion fatigue,which could explained 35.4% of the variance. Conclusions Improving the job satisfaction of oncology nurse can relieve compassion fatigue and enhance mental health.
