摘要
以中钢集团山东富全矿业有限公司尾矿为原料,开展细粒全尾砂胶结充填技术研究。通过尾矿性质分析、尾矿胶结试验、料浆流动性试验等试验研究,查明了该尾矿基本性质,确定出适宜的胶凝材料种类、胶结工艺参数和输送工艺条件,同时对尾矿浓缩充填工艺进行了优化研究。
With the tailings from Sinosteel Shandong Fuquan Mining Co. , Ltd. As raw materials, the cemented filling technology with fine - grained full tailings is investigated. Through tests analysis on the nature of tailings, tailings cementa- tion and its slurry fluidity, the basic properties of the railings are identified, and the appropriate types of cementitious mate- rial, the cementing process parameters and the transport conditions are determined. Meanwhile, the thickening tailings fill- ing process is optimized.
