摘要 以新强煤矿五采区45051急倾斜煤层综采工作面为背景,对急倾斜煤层综采工作面采煤机工作环境的特殊性、下行制动运行过程进行了分析,通过对采煤机制动转矩的产生和制动运行的调节过程进行研究,成功实现了在急倾斜煤层综采工作面电磁调速电牵引采煤机正常牵引与制动运行两种运行状态下的平稳切换与稳定运行,并成功将该技术应用在MG-2×125/580-WD型电磁调速电牵引采煤机上,使得该采煤机可以在最大角度达55°的工作面平稳运行。 Taking Xinqing Coal Mine fifth area 45051 fully mechanized face in the steep coal seam as the background, the particularity of the coal winning machine work environment, the down braking operation process at the fully mechanized face in the sharp inclined coal seam are analyzed. Through the coal mechanism torque and the formation of the braking operation of the adjustment process, at the fully mechanized working face in the sharp inclined coal seam, the speed governing electric traction shearer electromagnetic braking traction and normal operation two operation state of smooth switch and stable operation are successfully realized, and the technology is successfully used in MG-2x125/580-WD type electromagnetism electrical traction on speed coal, the coal winning machine can ~run smoothly in the biggest angle of 55 ° face.
