摘要
主要对于煤矿井下的基于PLC控制的变频排水系统相关技术进行分析,同时利用上位机组态软件进行实时监控管理。该设计具有自动化、节能、安全和高品质的排水质量和控制的高可靠性等优点。井下排水调试运行证明,其完全能够实现随井下水量变化而改变排水量的要求,同时采用变频技术可大大减少运行成本。
The frequency drainage system based on PLC control for underground coal mines is analyzed, while using the PC configuration software for real-time monitoring and management. The design is highly reliable in quality and control of the automation, energy saving, safe and drainage quality and high reliability of the control of high-quality. The underground drainage debugging run proved that it can achieve the requirements change with the change of underground water displacement, while the inverter technology can significantly reduce operating costs.
