摘要
针对煤矿司炉工考核培训的需求,开发了35t/h角管式工业锅炉仿真机。仿真机研制采用了DCS操控和盘台操控2种型式,既满足传统司炉工培训需求,又符合锅炉运行管理的技术发展趋势。仿真机热力系统部分采取了流体网络算法,提高了仿真的精度及真实度。整套装置为全数字仿真,该仿真机已经应用于新疆昌吉职业技术学院煤矿司炉工鉴定中心,逼真的仿真数据和操作运行环境为司炉工考证奠定了基础。
Aiming at the coal fireman assessment training needs, 35t/h angle tube industrial boiler simulator has been developed. Simulator using DCS manipulation and disc table manipulation of two types, both to meet the training needs of the traditional fireman, and consistent with the boiler operation management technology trends. The thermal system adopt the fluid network algorithm to improve the aceuracy and fidelity of the simulator. The entire device is fully digital design, the simulator has been used in the coal mines of Changji Vocational and Technical College fireman identificalion Center ,realistic simulation data and operating runtime environment laid the toundation for the fireman identification.
