摘要
针对在测定液体饱和蒸气压实验中使用的平衡管(又称为等压计)较难清洗和装液的问题,经过实践摸索,设计了一个清洗平衡管及装液的实验装置。通过用循环水泵给系统抽真空、用调节阀控制各个分支的真空度、在平衡管内使用细径导管导流等手段控制平衡管内液体的流动,达到清洗和装液的目的。该实验装置易于搭建,操作方法易于掌握。使用该方法的操作者能够独立、快速地完成清洗平衡管和装入待测液,从而为开展与液体饱和蒸气压测定相关的实验教学和科研工作创造了更好的实验条件。
Abstract A new apparatus used for determination the saturated vapor pressure of a liquid had been designed for solving the difficulties of cleaning the isoteniscope and placing liquid in it. A water circulating vacuum pump and a three-way valve were introduced to control the system pressure and adjust the vacuum level of each component. A small diameter catheter was inserted into the isoteniscope for the good flow of the liquid. The as-designed apparatus can be easily set up and operated independently and conveniently, and the time for cleaning was reduced obviously. It provides a potential application in experiment teaching and scientific research for the determination of the saturated vapor pressure of a liquid.
