摘要 以LY12CZ铝合金材料试件为研究对象,以腐蚀等级为度量参数,通过试验室内开展的定级加速腐蚀试验和机场环境下该材料结构腐蚀损伤检查与腐蚀等级评估,得到了LY12CZ铝合金两种环境中腐蚀的当量折算关系系数k=0.95,进而通过该系数得到了机场环境中LY12CZ铝合金腐蚀等级随腐蚀年限的变化规律,通过与飞机LY12CZ铝合金结构机场环境中实际腐蚀损伤检查对比及文献分析,验证了所得当量关系是合理有效的。 With LY12CZ aluminum alloy specimens as research object and the corrosion grade as measurement parameter, the equivalent relation factor was obtained by carting out accelerated corrosion testing of LY12CZ specimens and actually measuring the LY12CZ structure coi'rosion damage in airport environment. Through calculation, the equivalent relation factor k between accelerated corrosion and airport environment corrosion was 0. 95. The relationship between corrosion year and corrosion grade of LY12CZ in airport environment was further established. The validity and rationality of the equivalent relation were validated through contrast with measurement of the aircraft LY12CZ structure corrosion damage and analysis of correlative literature.
