《专业标准》视域下教师培训的变革与创新——以浙江省为例 被引量:9

Transformation and Countermeasures: Reform and Innovation of Continuing Education for Teacher under the Perspective of the Professional Standards

摘要 《中小学教师专业标准》就教师专业发展的理念、内容作了标准性的规定。教师教育肩负着为教育培养、培训教育人才的职责,中小学教师培训承载着把《专业标准》提出的新观念、新要求变成中小学师资队伍建设与发展现实的使命。应对教师专业发展的标准,教师培训必须进行转型。中小学教师培训必须在价值取向、培训主体、培训内容、方式手段以及制度保障等方面进行革命性的变革。 The professional standards for teachers in the primary and secondary school provide the idea and content of teachers professional development. Teacher education shoulders the responsibility of educating and training talents for education and continuing education for teachers bears the mission of implementing the new idea and requirements of professional standards in the construction and development of primary and secondary school teaching faculty. Continuing education for teacher should transform to adapt to the new standards for teacher professional development. Revolution of primary and secondary school teacher training should take place in the value orientation, subject, contents, methods and institutional guarantee.
