教师专业能力发展的再思考——基于义务教育优质均衡发展的视域 被引量:7

摘要 义务教育的优质均衡发展对教师专业能力的发展提出了新要求。现阶段的教师专业能力发展存在扩大化、片面化、程式化、学术化的倾向。在义务教育优质均衡发展的背景下,教师专业能力需要寻求新的发展点,应该重点关注教师的教育理解力、差异评价力、教育适应力、教育体验力、教育创新力等。同时还需要进一步思考教师专业能力发展的模式问题、如何以个性促发展的问题、如何利用教师共同体促进专业能力发展的问题等。 The high quality and balanced development of compulsory education put forward new request to the development of teacher's professional ability. At present, there are some problems in the development of teacher's professional ability such as expansion, one-sided, stylization and academization, etc. In the background of high quality and balanced development of compulsory education, new sources of growth in teachers professional ability need to be found and focus should be put on teacher's ability of understanding about education, ability of differentiated evaluation, ability of education resilience, ability of education experience, and ability of education innovation. Besides, development model of teacher's professional ability, how to promote the development of personality, and how to use the community to promote teacher's development of professional ability should be further considered.
