空分用立式径向流分子筛吸附器数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 随着大型空分设备的发展,立式径向流双层床分子筛吸附器也得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文通过分析吸附器内二氧化碳及水蒸气的传热传质特性,建立了双组分气体吸附动态模型,获得了吸附器内部温度及浓度分布规律,为立式径向流吸附器提供了设计依据。 With the development of large-scale air separation equipment, the vertical radial flow adsorber has been widely used in cryogenic air separation system. In this paper, based on analysis of the heat and mass transfer characteristics of the carbon dioxide and moisture adsorption, the dynamic model describing the dual-component gas adsorption process was developed, And the law of the internal temperature and concentration distribution was obtained, which provides the design principle for the vertical radial flow adsorber.
