摘要
以垂丝海棠(Malus halliana)和楸子(Malus prunifolia)的生根过程为研究内容,选取不同插穗类型、不同时期的生长枝插穗以及不同芽位生长枝插穗,测定其含水量、单宁、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性的生理变化,揭示了2种海棠插穗生根过程与其主要生理因子变化之间的关系。结果表明:在内部生理生化因子之间,以及与同一类型不同扦插时间、不同类型插穗之间呈正相关或负相关,而在扦插生根过程中影响生根的主要因子是含水量,且单宁不是影响扦插生根的主要因子。
The experiment was conducted to study the relationship between the cuttings and main physiological indices of Malus spp. by observing the contents of moisture, tannin, soluble sugar, soluble protein, PPO, and POD activities in their cut- tings of different periods and different location of buds of M. halliana and M. prunifolia, and analyze the relationship be- tween these indices and rooting rates. There are positive and negative correlations among these inner indices, different cut- ting time and cutting genres during the cutting processes. Among them, the greatest factor is the moisture content, and the tannin is not the main factor in rooting.
