辽宁绒山羊血清钙、磷水平及碱性磷酸酶活性检测与分析

Detection and analysis of the levels of calcium and phosphorus and the activity of alkaline phosphatase in serum in Liaoning cashmere goats

摘要 为了监测辽宁绒山羊血清钙、磷水平及碱性磷酸酶活性,了解辽宁绒山羊体内钙、磷盈缺状况,试验采用试剂盒法对2家辽宁绒山羊饲养场随机采集的41份血样进行了检测。结果表明:与正常值相比,A场辽宁绒山羊血清磷水平[(0.56±0.44)mmol/L]极显著偏低(P<0.01),钙水平[(2.91±0.42)mmol/L]极显著偏高(P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶活性[(62±104)U/L]偏低;B场辽宁绒山羊血清钙水平[(1.53±0.39)mmol/L]极显著偏低(P<0.01),磷水平[(2.97±0.83)mmol/L]极显著偏高(P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶活性平均水平[(142±300)U/L]正常,但是个体间差异较大。说明2家辽宁绒羊场的羊只血清钙、磷比例严重失衡,建议合理调配辽宁绒山羊日粮中钙、磷的补给。 To determine calcium (Ca) level, phosphorus (P) level and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity in serum in Liaoning cashmere goats, understanding the sufficiency or lack of calcium and phosphorus in vivo. 41 blood samples were randomly collected from two cashmere goats breeding farms ( A and B ) located in Liaoning, and then were determined using a detection kit. The results showed that the serum P level [ (0.56±0.44 ) mmol/L] in the farm A was highly significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ) than that in normal cashmere goats. Conversely, the serum Ca level [ (2.91 ± 0.42 )mmol/L] was highly significantly higher( P 〈 0.01 ), and the majority of serum ALP activities [ (62±104 )U/L ] were comparatively lower. In the farm B, the serum Ca level [ (1.53 ± 0.39 )mmol/L] was highly significantly lower, however, the serum P level [ ( 2.97±0.83 ) mmol/L ] was highly significantly higher, at the same time the serum ALP activity [ ( 142±300 ) U/L ] was at a reason- able level, but the difference of the serum ALP activities was quite different. It is concluded that the ratio between serum Ca level and P level was seriously out of balance in the two farms, it is suggested that the ratio between Ca and P in diets for Liaoning cashmere goats should be rea- sonably adjusted.
