摘要
目的:通过正相硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、MCI树脂、Sephadex LH-20,制备薄层色谱和反相HPLC等多种色谱分离方法相结合,从金银花中分离得到18个化合物;借助波谱学分析方法鉴定它们的结构分别为:adinoside A(1),stryspinoside(2),苄醇β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),苄基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-2,6-二羟基苯甲酸酯(4),2,5-二羟基苯甲酸-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),丁香油酚-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),丁香油酚-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),(-)-南烛木树脂酚9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),(+)-南烛木树脂酚9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),芹菜素7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10),木犀草素3'-O-L-鼠李糖苷(11),熊果酸(12),β-谷甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6'-O-棕榈酸酯(13),脱落酸(14),鸟苷(15),5-甲氧基尿嘧啶(16),反式桂皮酸(17)和对羟基苯甲醛(18)。以上化合物均为首次从金银花中分离得到。
Eighteen compounds were isolated by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chro- matography over macroporous resin, MCI gel, silica gel, and sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC. Their structures were eluci- dated by spectroscopic data analysis as adinoside A (1), stryspinoside (2), benzyl alcohol β-glucopyranoside (3), benzyl 2-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl-2,6-dihydroxybenzoate (4), gentisic acid 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), eugenylβ-D-glucopyranoside (6), eugenyl- β-xylopyranosyl- (1→6) -β-glueopyranoside (7), ( - ) -lyoniresinol 9-O-/3-D-glucopyranoside (8), ( + ) -lyoniresinol 9-O-β-D-gluco- pyranoside (9), apigenin-7-O-L-rhamnopyranoside ( 10), luteolin-3'-O-L-rhamnoside ( 11 ), ursolic acid ( 12),β-sitosteryl-3β-gluco- pyranoside-6'-O-palmitate ( 13 ), abscisic acid ( 14 ), guanosine ( 15 ), 5-methyluracil ( 16 ), trans-cinnamic acid ( 17 ), and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(18). These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
