新型胶结材料全尾砂浆流变特性试验分析 被引量:17

摘要 全尾砂充填采矿,不仅可以增加尾砂利用率,而且还减少尾砂细泥排放,保护矿山环境,由此可产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。针对司家营贫铁矿床的全尾砂充填法开采面临的采矿经济效益问题,已经开发出适用于超细全尾砂的新型胶结材料。该材料不仅可使全尾砂充填体强度达到较高,而且成本低,完全可以替代水泥应用于全尾砂胶结充填。为了将开发的新型胶凝材料应用于矿山生产,开展了新型胶凝材料全尾砂浆的流变特性研究,揭示影响全尾砂浆自流输送影响因素和流变参数,从而为新型胶凝材料在司家营铁矿南区充填系统设计和工业化应用提供理论依据。 Mining with total tailings backfill can not only in- crease the utilization of the tailings and reduce the emission of fine tailings, but also protect the mining environment and have huge economic profit and social benefits. In view of the economic benefits of mining Sijiaying poor iron ore with total railings backfill, a new cementing material has been devel- oped. This cementing material not only makes the cemented total tailings backfill has higher strength, but also reduces the cost, it can replace cement for the total railings backfill. In order to use the material to mining production, the rheo- logical characteristics of total tailings with the new cemen ting material was studied, the factors influencing gravity- flow transportation of total tailings and its rheological pa- rameters were revealed. These can provide of theoretical ba- sis for system design of backfill system in the south zone of Sijiaying iron mine and the application of the new cementing material in mining production.
