摘要
基于相似理论,在实验室采用混凝土块模拟现场岩体进行了锚杆拉拔力测试试验方案研究。设计进行了夹片式锚具、塑料螺母、金属螺母和金属套管等4种锚固方式的玻璃钢锚杆拉拔试验,对比分析不同试验方案下的试验现象和结果。夹片式锚具试验方案、塑料螺母试验方案、金属螺母试验方案在试验过程中产生脆性破坏、螺母破裂和滑丝破坏,测得的平均拉拔力分别为52,47.7,77.3kN,与真实拉拔力存在较大偏差。而金属套管试验方案在试验过程中没有出现锚杆破坏现象,测得平均拉拔力为93.8kN,与真实拉拔力偏差较小,可以较为准确测得锚杆的真实拉拔力,其测试结果可为评价支护效果提供依据。
Based on similarity theory, by using concrete block to simulate site rock mass in the lab,study on testing scheme of bolt pulling force was conducted. Four pull-- out testing schemes for GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) bolt, which respectively used wedge- type anchorage, plastic nuts, metal nuts and metal casing, were designed and con- duced, and the test phenomena and results under different testing schemes were analyzed and compared. During the test,for testing schemes using wedge--type anchorage, the plastic nut and metal nut,the brittle failure,nut rupture and slide wire failure happened, and made he measured average pulling force respectively were 52 kN, 47. 7 kN, 77. 3 kN, which had a large deviation with actual pulling force. But for testing scheme using metal casing in the testing process, bolt failure phenomena, did not appear, the measured average pul- ling force was 93.8 kN, which had a smaller deviation with actual pulling force, the testing scheme could more accurate- ly measure real pulling force of bolt, and the measured result could provide a basis for the evaluation of supporting effect of GFRP bolt.
