某钽铌重选尾矿中的锂云母浮选试验研究 被引量:15

Experimental Research on Recovery of Lithium Mica from a Ta-Nb Gravity Tailing by Flotation

摘要 研究了从某钽铌矿重选尾矿中回收锂云母时矿浆pH值调整剂、抑制剂、捕收剂对浮选效果的影响,结果表明,pH值调整剂Na2CO3的用量为1000g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量为1600g/t、采取阴阳离子捕收剂联合作用(阴离子捕收剂731的用量为400g/t、阳离子捕收剂十二胺用量为90g/t)条件下,浮选效果最佳。在此基础上,确定采用"一粗二精二扫"的闭路试验流程,最终获得的锂云母的精矿(Li2O)品位为4.40%,回收率64.17%。 The effects of pH adjusting agents, depressors and collectors on the flotation result of recovering lithium mica from a Ta- Nb gravity tailing were studied. The results showed that when the dosages of adjusting agent Na2COa and depressor sodium silicate were 1000 g/t and 1600 g/t re- spectively,and under the combined effects of anion and cation collectors (the dosages of anion collector 731 and cation col- lector dodecylamine were 400 g/t and 90 g/t respectively), the flotation effects is the best. A closed--circuit experiment process of "a coarse, two fine and two sweep"was determined and carried out, the final lithium mica concentrate had a Li2 0 grade of 4.40% ,and the recovery was 64.17%.
