科技产业与生态矿区协同发展研究综述 被引量:1

Review on Synergistic Development of Science & Technology Industry and Ecological Mining Area

摘要 矿区必须转变原有发展模式,选择对资源高效和循环利用、对生态环境友好、以科技产业为支撑的生态矿区发展模式。综述了科技产业的概念和生态矿区的研究现状,并从采矿业是否是科技产业、科技进步和科技产业对生态矿区建设的支撑、矿区科技产业集群、科技产业与矿区生态产业链的延伸、科技产业与矿区传统产业改造升级等方面评述了科技产业与生态矿区协同发展的相关研究。指出应深入探求科技产业与生态矿区协同发展的机理。 Mining areas have to transform the original devel- opment patterns, take the development patterns of ecological mining area,which are friendly to the ecological environment and are supported by science ~ technology industry, and in which resources are recycling and efficient utilized. This pa- per reviews the literatures on the definition of science technology industry and ecological mining area in recent years. Then correlation researches on synergistic develop- ment of science & technology industry and ecological miningarea are summarized from several aspects as follows: wheth- er or not mining is a high--tech industry,advance and indus- try of science and technology supported development o~ eco- logical mining area, S^T industrial cluster in mining area, Science ~ Technology industry and extension of ecological industrial chain in mining area, science g~ technology indus- try and traditional industry upgrading in mining area. Finally it is pointed out that synergistic development mechanism of science technology industry and ecological mining area should be studied in depth.
